New 2022, young and fresh fruit, is the first extra virgin olive oil of the new olive oil campaign 2022. Extra virgin olive oil is composed of local varieties: Ogliarola Salentina (about 60%) and Cellina from Nardò (about 40%) which are harvested in early October. As soon as it is squeezed, on request, it is bottled to satisfy the desire for the new extra virgin olive oil, it has a green color, is a medium fruity, with a very herbaceous, fresh, green nose; hints of artichoke stem, wild chicory, almond husk is bitter and spicy when tasted.
Store in a cool place away from heat sources and protected from light.
