A calm walk to the shade of the ancient olive trees of ogliarola and in the fields where the appreciated is cultivated Fiaschetto tomatoes of Torre Guaceto, they will allow to discover extraordinary natural habitats giving the possibility to know the precious characteristics of the Mediterranean style.
These marvelous places will serve as frame to a gastronomic trip that will allow to know and to taste the two principal products and points of strength of the 'Azienda Agricola Pietrasanta' in Carovigno: the oil extravergine of olive monocultivar of ogliarola Karpene and the Fiaschetto tomatoes of Torre Guaceto (you can pick up the tomatoes in the fields), both recognized Slow Food presidium.
