Organic Artichoke Beer

An absolutely new beer, born to enhance the riches of our Apulian territory, made with the use of artichokes produced in our land near the Torre Guaceto Reserve, from malt deriving from the cultivation of Salento barley. Strong aroma of yeast, low body, slightly persistent fresh artichoke taste. Straw yellow color, intense aroma. Purifying beer, antioxidant and that facilitates digestion.
Pairings: fried and in batter artichokes, pies, flans, rustic focaccia, artichoke-based dishes in all preparations.
High fermentation; alcohol content 4.8% Vol. Alc.
