Ingredients: sliced artichokes, salt, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mint and lemon.
Our artichokes are grown in Brindisi territory, particularly close to Torre Guaceto Reserve in the heart of Puglia.
The secret of our artichokes is to be processed like the local tradition has handed down from generation to generation, that is they are hand made with salt and vinegar just after harvest and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
The artichokes in oil are a tasty and refined appetizer; they are ideal to enrich your side dishes and make your appetizers more delicious, to dress tasty salads, rice and cold pasta, or to season pizzas; they themselves ca be even tasted as a typical and succulent aperitif .
