Salted capers in brine (in conversion to organic farming) without citric acid.
Ingredients: capers and salt.
The capers are grown and harvested in our fertile lands of Puglia in the area between Carovigno and Ostuni; they are an excellent produce not only for their distinctive flavour, but also for their beneficial properties. The salted capers were officially included among the Apulian traditional food produces.
Close and store the jar of salted capers in a dry place for storage, which can be very long, even a year. One caveat: remember to rinse the capers after extracting from the jar before eating, in order to remove the excess salt.
