Natural dried tomatoes in oil (in conversion to organic farming) without citric acid.
Ingredients: dried tomatoes, vinegar, salt, capers, mint, extra virgin olive oil.
The dried tomatoes are the pride of the Apulian typical preserves, they need a long preparation process, which will allow you to enjoy this tasty side dish all year.
The dried tomatoes are harvested in August, cut and left in the sun to dry on special reed rack, called "littere", and when they reach the right degree of drying, they are processed with salt and vinegar and masterfully spiced with capers and mint (all local produces from the territory between Carovigno and Ostuni, in the heart of Salento).
Once the jar is opened, keep the inside edge always clean and coat with oil after each use, keep it away from heat sources and protected from sunlight.
