Natural stuffed chilli peppers (in conversion to organic farming) without citric acid.
Ingredients: round red peppers, salt, vinegar, tuna, capers, extra virgin olive oil.
Collected in September in the heart of Salento, in the area between Carovigno and Ostuni, they are hand worked with salt and vinegar like the ancient tradition provides, emptied and cleaned from their seeds, and stuffed with tuna and capers and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
Once the jar is opened, keep the inside edge always clean and coat with oil after each use, keep it away from heat sources and protected from sunlight.
